Shipping policy

Estimated Delivery/Transit Times

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. International shipping costs will vary and will be calculated at checkout. You will received the package tracking number in the order confirmation after it is shipped.

Transit Time is the time it takes the postal carrier in your region to carry and deliver your package to you. We cannot estimate transit times for your parcel because they vary wildly from country to country, region to region and even from one post office to another. The only organization able to provide you with transit time estimates is your country’s postal service. The following are general estimated transit times and shipping costs for regions around the world.

  • United States: 8-12 days，US$6.50 and freeshipping for orders over US$50;
  • Canada: 10-15 days，US$6.50 and freeshipping for orders over US$50;
  • Europe: 6-12 days，US$5.50 and freeshipping for orders over US$50;
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 8-15 days，US$6.50 and freeshipping for orders over US$50;
  • Asia Pacific: 5-10 days，US$5 and freeshipping for orders over US$50;

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@motopins.com with your name and order number, and we will look into the order for you. For your package been delayed, please let us know, we will work closely with our shipping providers to deliver it in time asap.

 

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking information that is normally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped. You can also track your order using your tracking number here.

 

International Taxes

All shipping charges (or free shipping promos) listed do NOT include customs, duty, and taxes. We can't hold responsibility for that and the recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing, and other fees required to ship internationally.

 

Wrong/Incomplete Delivery Address

If you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We will happily change your address for you. If your address is not corrected before dispatch, we are not responsible for any lost items. If the item is returned to us, we will let you know and ask if you'd like to repay the shipping for the updated address, or refund the items.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

  • Our Customer satisfaction is our top priority so we cover any case of exceptional delay or even loss in transit and offer a free reshipment or a refund.
  • If the order does not make it to its destination and is delayed in a local post office, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier before receiving a reshipment/refund.
  • If you have entered the wrong shipping information, you are not eligible for a reshipment or a refund. 

 

Damaged Items

We package our orders with lots of care to avoid damage in the post. However, these things can happen! If your item does arrive damaged or faulty, do get in touch sales@motopins.com with a photo of the items. You have 14 days from delivery to do this. After this time we cannot guarantee a solution.
